Lønklar

Why I built it

After losing money from SU, the Danish student grant, I built Lønklar to work out how much I could earn without crossing its income limit. I wanted others to avoid the same mistake. I later expanded it into a live pay calculator that students and people working part-time or full-time in Denmark now use.

How it works

Choose a full-time, part-time or student mode, then enter your pay, municipality, pension and deductions. The app breaks down taxes and take-home pay, accounts for holiday pay, and shows how income changes with salary or working hours. Students can include SU and multiple jobs, and check their earnings against the SU income limit.

Bib Autobuy

Why I built it

I wanted an entry for the Copenhagen Marathon, but onreg resales seemed permanently unavailable: entries were being reserved almost as soon as they appeared. I built this script for myself to catch those brief openings, then shared it with friends who used it too. It helped me buy eight separate race entries.

How it works

A Python script checks a chosen onreg resale page in Chrome. When a Buy button appears, it opens checkout and brings the browser forward. You complete payment yourself.
